As a result, we are proud to say that in 2015 Spencer Hyde became one of the first dozen firms in the whole country to be licenced by the ICAEW to carry out non-contentious probate work. We are now able to offer a rounded service of writing wills, undertaking detailed IHT planning and then assisting our clients with the detailed aspects of obtaining probate and administering estates.
